Graduates are well-prepared for their futures.About The RoleAs the Administrative Officer, you will support the school''s administrative functions, working within established guidelines and consulting the Principal or Business Manager for complex issues.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine administrative and support services as directed by the Principal or Business Manager.Handle reception duties, appointments, correspondence, maintain records, process mail and email, and coordinate student transport for activities.Manage daily financial tasks, including processing payments, invoicing, banking, and reconciling invoices, using OneSchool for financial data management.Application ProcessAttach a brief resume with contact details for 2 referees familiar with your work.Provide a 1-page written statement responding to the role description.We encourage all applicants, including those requiring support, to apply.
