We own and manage farms, factories, and distribution channels, ensuring complete control over the essential aspects of bringing livestock from paddock to plate.We are currently seeking a Training & Implementation Coordinator to join our team located in Warrnambool, Victoria. This role is responsible for designing, developing and delivering training programs that align with business needs, compliance requirements and the organisations strategic direction and values. Working closely with department leaders and subject matter experts, the successful candidate will identify and address current and future training needs, and leverage technology including AI tools, 360-degree content, storyboarding techniques and the Canvas LMS to create engaging, immersive and effective learning experiences.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesTraining Needs Analysis & Alignment:Participate in training needs analyses (TNA) across departments to identify capability gapsAlign training programs with business objectives, compliance standards, and organisational valuesIdentify emerging trends and regulatory changes to inform proactive training strategiesDesign & DevelopmentDesign and develop blended learning programs, including eLearning, microlearning, and instructor-led trainingUse the Canvas LMS to create and manage training contentLeverage AI tools, 360-degree content, and storyboarding techniques to produce immersive learning experiencesApply structured instructional design principles to deliver engaging and accessible learningTraining Delivery & SupportDeliver or support the delivery of training sessions, both in-person and on the jobProvide post-training resources and support to encourage knowledge retention and practical applicationEvaluate training outcomes using learner feedback and performance metricsCollaboration & Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with department heads, subject matter experts, and the L&D team to ensure content relevance and accuracyContribute to the continuous improvement of training practices across the organisationCompliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure training programs meet relevant compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., ASQA)Maintain thorough documentation and records to support audit and quality assurance processesSkills & ExperiencesTertiary qualifications in Training, Information Technology, or a relevant fieldExperience with Canvas LMS or similar learning management systemsStrong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principlesProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other digital content creation toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to conduct training needs analyses and align learning solutions with business strategyStrong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectivelyCreativity, flexibility, and innovation in training design and deliveryWHY JOIN US?Competitive remuneration package with employee benefits such as discounts on banking, travel insurance, health & fitness, home appliances, local retailers and moreOpportunity for career progression within our global organisationSafe and supportive work environment by providing an Employee Assistance ProgramOn site canteen, free parking, staff discounts, monthly staff BBQs and annual flu vaccination programThe Midfield Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
