About The RoleReporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will gain exposure to our world-class Store Management team & Beauty Brands. You will be responsible for driving L''Occitane''s counter performance. As a Counter Manager, you will lead by example and coach your team to ensure a 5-star service, supporting their growth. As a Part-Time L''Occitane Counter Manager, you will act as a Brand Ambassador, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service. Your responsibilities include: Personally driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service, Working collaboratively to meet KPIs and sales targets, Ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained, Monitoring inventory and stock management, Ensuring compliance with company policies, Resolving customer queries and complaints promptly, Supporting the Sales Manager in coaching and onboarding new employees, Sharing your passion for beauty and providing product knowledge and recommendations. This role involves working 15 hours per week, Thursday to Saturday from 12 pm to 5 pm. About YouYou should be a qualified Beauty Therapist or Makeup Artist (Diploma or Certificate), with previous management experience in a customer-facing role within beauty or retail. Flexibility to work retail hours, including late nights and weekends, is essential. You must possess excellent service, selling, and communication skills, with the ability to coach and motivate others. High emotional intelligence and a professional stance are also required.
