This includes day-to-day support and leadership for department store counters (e.g., David Jones, Myer), direct management of standalone boutique stores, and the ongoing development of independent wholesale partners.Your role is both operational and strategic: ensuring exceptional service standards and visual presentation in-store, while also identifying opportunities for commercial growth, improving sales performance, and building strong partnerships with retail teams and clients alike.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is confident working autonomously across a large geographical region.
