We are not looking for casual employees.Ability to work across 5 to 7 days per week with shift lengths of min 4hrs - max 12hrsReliable TransportUnlimited Working Rights in AustraliaStrong Work EthicReliable and TrustworthyOutstanding Interpersonal SkillsMultiple Roles and Positions available in:Corporate rolesRetailEventsYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ability to support Nexar Group with 20+ hours per week across a 4 to 7 day roster.Good customer and client relations.Liaising with police and emergency response services when necessary.Ability to verbally de-escalate any situation.Risk identification and issue resolution.Adaptability to any situations that arise.Ability to deter theft and report missing assets.Work autonomously and in a group.You will have:Good customer and client service skills.Good written and verbal communication.Ability to report to the supervisor.Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks collaboratively.Demonstrated ability to apply ethical standards to daily decisions.Physical capacity to perform the duties of the position including patrolling, responding, and restraining persons.Current First Aid certificate.Excellent communication skills are a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
