YOUR OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Whyalla SA. This is a fixed-term full-time contract covering parental leave, offering excellent career development opportunities within a Wesfarmers business. You will work with a friendly and supportive team to serve customers via phone and email, and assist on our Trade Counter as needed. Some of Your Day-to-Day Tasks Provide high-level customer service via phone, email, in person, and through our business systems. Support the Trade Store counter, handle customer requests, stock replenishment, and general housekeeping. Act promptly on requests, take ownership of inquiries, and find quick resolutions within set timeframes. Understand customers sales history to identify service needs and pursue upsell opportunities. Inform customers about new products and services where applicable. What You''ll Bring to the Team Experience in customer service within a trade store, call centre, or retail environment. Strong customer service skills with a ''customer first'' approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with an interest in personal development. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
