Job Description ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of one of Australia''s most significant renewable energy infrastructure projects. This role is part of our Project-Wide Delivery team, overseeing major construction packages spanning civil works, enabling infrastructure, and logistics support across a large and logistically challenging site. Overview As Senior Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across scopes including access roads, compounds, enabling civils, logistics corridors, and shared-use infrastructure. Your role involves coordinating with multiple teams, contractors, and leads to ensure packages are delivered on schedule while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities Lead project execution across enabling and project-wide works, ensuring safe and timely delivery within budget. Manage coordination with other work packages to ensure aligned program delivery. Oversee contractors and delivery teams, ensuring compliance with scope, specifications, and standards. Drive reporting, forecasting, and updates in line with governance and client requirements. Develop and maintain project controls, including cost, schedule, quality, and risk registers. Identify, mitigate, and manage risks across locations and site conditions. Ensure compliance with legislative and environmental obligations. Required Skills and Competencies Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 10+ years experience in large-scale civil or infrastructure projects, preferably Tier 1. Proven project management skills across complex programs. Strong stakeholder and subcontractor management experience, especially in remote or regional projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with planning tools and project controls frameworks. Flexibility for site-based work or rostered schedules (DIDO or relocation options available).
