Youll provide essential information, guide their initial steps, and coordinate support to ensure theyre matched with the right legal help.Your responsibilities will also include legal administrative and clerical support to our busy legal teams, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from the very first call.What Youll DoHandle inbound enquiries and engage empathetically with potential clientsCollect and verify client information and case details using guided scripts and processesSchedule appointments and manage diaries for solicitors and legal staffProvide administrative and clerical support to our legal teamsMake timely follow-up calls and ensure accurate data entry and compliance with privacy policiesWork closely with the legal intake, support, and solicitor teams to deliver a seamless client journeyAbout YouPrevious experience in legal, customer service, sales, or admin is not required but will be considered an asset.You are empathetic, mature, and confident in engaging with people from all walks of lifeYou thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and stay calm under pressureYou bring excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou have strong attention to detail, active listening, and problem-solving abilitiesYoure a team player with a strong commitment to service deliveryMost importantly, you are client-focused and eager to growWhy Join Us?
