Join us as a Human Resources Business Partner to contribute to this transformation and grow your skills as a valued team member.About the RoleAs a Human Resources Business Partner, you will report to the Head of Human Resources, Pacific, and work closely with leaders and employees to provide strategic and hands-on HR support on various people-related matters.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business strategies and help drive the people agenda to achieve business goals.Strengthen employment brand and showcase our support for employees and stakeholders.Partner on HR programs including culture & inclusion, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, compensation, onboarding/offboarding, safety & wellbeing, change initiatives, and employee relations.Collaborate with COEs and HR Shared Services to deliver effective HR solutions ensuring consistency and compliance.Support a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with AIGs values.Facilitate employee development and engagement initiatives.Provide coaching on HR matters such as performance and dispute resolution.Ensure HR practices comply with legal and company policies.Embed AIGs Purpose and Values across HR activities and initiatives.Drive risk management and prepare reports for leadership and regulatory purposes.Support HR activities like budgeting, HRIT solutions, third-party management, and employee portal maintenance.Qualifications and SkillsProven HR generalist experience with strategic business partnering skills.Deep knowledge of Australian labour laws and employee relations.Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.Experience in insurance or financial services industry is beneficial.Additional InformationThis role requires in-office presence, fostering collaboration and a supportive environment.Benefits: AIG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards Program focused on health, wellbeing, and professional growth.We are committed to diversity and inclusion, providing equal opportunities and reasonable accommodations for all applicants.Application NoteWe encourage you to apply even if you don''t meet 100% of the criteria.
