Focusing ontranslating strategic plans into on-the-ground actions, developingpractical tools and coordinating implementation activities, thisrole will support stakeholder engagement and ensuring readiness forcompliance requirements. With a focus on execution, this positionplays a critical role in ensuring operational teams are equipped,informed, and supported to embed legislative changes into everydaypractice.About youYoull first and foremost have a love of being busy andensuring key tasks and milestones are achieved. Youll belooking for a for-purpose position to apply yourfantastic organisational expertise and support stakeholders on ajourney of change through practical day to day resources,information and updates. Ideally, youll have knowledge ofthe Aged Care sector and an understanding of the implications ofthe new Act on care delivery. Your key experience will include:Ideally tertiary qualifications in a relevantdisciplineDemonstrated project coordination and supportexperienceExcellent organisational skills managing multiplepriorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly evolvingenvironmentWell-developed communication skills, with the ability tosimplify complex information and communicate clearlyDemonstrated stakeholder engagement, influencing andsupport experience though periods of significant changeStrong MS Office Suite skills, the ability to quickly learnonline platforms and systemsExcellent project mapping, documentation, monitoring andreporting skills with accuracy and timelinessStrong ability to operate independently, withself-motivation, drive and initiativeSatisfactory National Police Clearance (issued within thelast six months)About the benefitsYoull join an inclusive, diverse and welcoming WesternAustralian based organisation focused on making a difference in thelocal community.
