This role is also responsible for achieving sales targets and Store KPIs (conversion, customer service score, average transaction value).Key Responsibilities:Ascertain customers'' needs and recommend items that match.Keep up to date with product knowledge to accurately describe product features and benefits.Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate - inform customers about sales and promotions.Consistently provide exceptional customer service.Demonstrate our values in action during every customer interaction.Ensure store presentation aligns with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.Assist, resolve, or escalate all customer concerns in an appropriate and timely manner.Who you are:You love retail and all its nuances.
