The role involves expanding primary functions of pharmacists such as providing individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including vaccine administration, long-acting HIV medicine administration, diabetes monitoring, nicotine reduction programs, and other subject matter expertise, in collaboration with other AHF providers.A Clinical Pharmacist - SRT enhances the reputation of AHF by improving patient outcomes, expanding current services, creating opportunities for professional growth and satisfaction, and supporting the development of the AHF Healthcare System.You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.To succeed as a Clinical Pharmacist - SRT, it is crucial to uphold AHF''s core values and mission in all your actions.
