BGIS are seeking a Team Leader guiding a team of multiskilled technicians. The team performs daily reactive & preventative maintenance within the commercial, retail, hospitality & healthcare environments.This role is based in Perth, WA South of the river!Key Responsibilities:Managing a growing team of technicians and apprentices;Assisting and existing management team;Provide estimates and quotes across various jobs and projects;Coordinate inspections for performed work;Assisting the team by working on the tools as and when required, although this role is mainly off the tools;Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.Skills and ExperienceAbility to listen, learn and teach a team of technicians;Prior exposure in managing a team;Operated in the commercial maintenance space;Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach to problems and opportunities;Hold a high level written and verbal communication skills;Hold a trade qualification & white CardAll technicians are provided:Relevant Company Vehicle (Tolls, Petrol & Insurance covered)RDO SchemeOvertime AvailabilityFull Training ProvidedCompany Laptop, PhoneUniform and PPEYearly Rate Increases$2000 Gross Referral Bonus per employeePlenty of growth opportunities!About BGISBGIS has over 10000+ employees globally, we are a leader in the provision of facility management, project delivery, energy and sustainability, asset management, workplace advisory, real estate and technical services.
