SESLHD is committed to enabling our community to be healthy and well, and to providing the best possible compassionate care when people need it.The Diabetes Clinical Nurse Consultant- Adult Service is responsible for promoting an integrated multidisciplinary approach in providing quality diabetes services within St George Hospital.The role provides strategic and operational support within St George Hospital with clinical, education, consultative and research functions. The Diabetes Clinical Nurse Consultant as an expert practitioner utilises and facilitates evidenced based, best practice care, which is visionary, innovative and appropriate. In collaboration this position will contribute to and drive clinical nursing service delivery and direction, clinical quality and risk, service performance and care standards within diabetes management for patients with Diabetes Mellitus.BenefitsSalary packaging optionsthat reduce your taxable income and increase your take-home pay!
