The Northern Land Council (NLC) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Project Officer to join our dedicated team in Darwin.About the RoleIn this role, youll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders across the organisation to analyse business needs, support change initiatives, and contribute to the development and implementation of practical, people-centred solutions. You''ll help drive meaningful improvements in the way we workcapturing requirements, supporting testing and training, coordinating resources, and keeping projects on track, on time, and on budget.What You Will Bring:You will bring a proactive and solution-focused approach, with the ability to think analytically and communicate effectively across diverse teams. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities will support the successful delivery of projects.
