This role will support the final phases of transition and mobilization of facilities management (FM) services for Australia and New Zealand. Post-transition, you will lead a team of facilities managers to deliver operational excellence. If you are proactive, resilient, and skilled at turning challenges into opportunities, we want you on our team.Context and BackgroundOur client is undergoing a global transformation of their facilities management delivery model. We need someone with strong change leadership skills to navigate this evolving landscape confidently. This role is crucial in driving stability, fostering team cohesion, and implementing effective processes to ensure our client receives top-tier services.Key Responsibilities:Transition & MobilizationLead the establishment of the FM operating model across Australia & New Zealand, including advising on resourcing, evaluating candidates, developing SOPs, and supporting communication on changes.Provide subject matter expertise to client teams during transition.Leadership & ManagementStrategic leadership of facilities managers across Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland.Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture and lead change management initiatives.Operations & MaintenanceOversee daily facilities operations, ensuring compliance and optimal functioning.Develop KPIs and monitor facility performance.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary contact for all stakeholders related to facilities management.Communicate effectively with senior management and resolve issues proactively.Budget & Financial ManagementManage budgets, procurement, and cost-saving initiatives.Support invoice validation processes.Supplier & Vendor ManagementManage external relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.Compliance & SustainabilityEnsure regulatory compliance and promote sustainable practices.Ideal Candidate:At least 5 years in facilities management, with regional or multi-site leadership experience.Experience managing multiple locations, including international sites.Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and financial skills.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Willingness to travel frequently.What We Offer:An inclusive, entrepreneurial culture where your strengths are valued.
