You will work on our Salesforce CRM, which we use for managing customer information, billing customers and reporting. You will respond to support requests, investigate problems, analyse data, document solutions and procedures and recommend changes.You will work closely with other senior staff as well as our support vendors to troubleshoot more complex issues and work toward solutions, business process improvements and efficiencies in Salesforce.This role is a full-time, limited tenure opportunity until April 2026, including a monthly RDO and flexible work options.Key ResponsibilitiesPlays a key role in coordinating business improvement opportunities into business solutions.Guides North East Water to improve business processes and efficiencies in Salesforce and other systems across the organisation.Contributes to system, integration, user acceptance and product verification testing cycles by informing and executing test plans and scripts.Collaborates with stakeholders to map, document and establish business processes modelling of current and future states.Provides support to the Innovation Team to identify and understand system issues and business requirements for changes, new features, or enhancements, providing end to end resolution.Works closely with colleagues and key vendors to troubleshoot issues and work toward solutions.Carries out testing and change validation.Maintains continuous improvement through the identification, and systematic review of work instructions, policies and procedures.Provides training and support to staff where required.Manages requests in Zendesk and Jira and document solutions and work instructions in Confluence.To view the position description, please visit www.newater.com.au/careersKey Selection CriteriaProficient in the use of Salesforce CRM and 3rd party add-ons to Salesforce.Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage and prioritise a wide variety of BAU requests, manage concurrent requests and complete related tasks.Ability to analyse the quality of data, find and resolve issues and communicate recommendations with stakeholders.Experience working in a utility, or a similar organisation that has a wide variety of customers with regular tasks such as billing and metering.Experience working with stakeholders to scope requirements for change requests and translate business needs into solutions.Working at North East WaterNorth East Water is a leader in a unique and rewarding industry.
