Recruitment methods may vary, including making reasonable adjustments to support applicants throughout the process and employee lifecycle.About The RoleProvide effective and timely advice and consultancy services to central and regional office staff and executives on various human resource management matters.Collaborate with the Director, HR Business Partnering, to interpret, clarify, and operationalise departmental policies in line with reform initiatives and workforce impacts.The Senior Human Resources Consultant reports to the Principal Human Resources Consultant. Responsibilities include:Undertake organizational development projects to deliver high-quality HR solutions and outcomes.Develop innovative workforce plans, structures, and processes to support core business needs and adapt to departmental changes.Contribute to change management and relational processes within the HR Business Partnering team.Build effective relationships with clients through best practice HR management and consultancy services aligned with strategic, business, and operational goals.Assist in developing and reviewing HR policies, processes, and systems for continuous improvement.Please refer to the attached role description for mandatory requirements.How To ApplySubmit a brief resume with contact details for two referees familiar with your relevant work history.Provide a 2-page written statement responding to the attached role description.We encourage applicants to share any support needed to ensure an inclusive recruitment process.
