Key Responsibilities Manage complex Commercial Property and Liability claims from lodgement to resolution. Act as an escalation point for high-value or complex claims. Provide timely, clear, and empathetic communication to clients. Advocate for clients throughout the claims process. Collaborate with a high-performing national claims team.
