Its an exciting time to join the team!The difference youll makeAs our Senior Power BI Developer (Semantic Model & Reporting Lead) youll lead the design and delivery of Bridgits enterprise reporting layer, turning our curated Lakehouse in Microsoft Fabric into a scalable, governed Power BI semantic model.Youll drive the shift from spreadsheet-led reporting to a centralised model that empowers faster, sharper decision-making across finance, risk, sales operations, marketing, and the executive team. Youll work cross-functionally with Tech and business stakeholders to align data, logic, and design, while ensuring model performance and governance are built for scale.What youll doOwn the Power BI Semantic Model: Design, build, and govern our enterprise semantic layer, including KPIs, calculations, folder structures, and access controls.Collaborate on Data Architecture: Work with Tech to shape our Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, define dimensional models, and translate business logic into scalable data structures.Deliver Business-Critical Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards for teams across Finance, Risk, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Lending. Replace manual reports with automated, actionable insights.Enable Performance & Scale: Optimise model performance, implement CI/CD and version control, and drive adoption of self-service analytics through reusable datasets and documentation.Your skills and experience5+ years in Power BI development, including semantic model ownership and enterprise dataset designProven experience working with Lakehouse or warehouse data (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, BigQuery)Strong DAX optimisation skills and deep understanding of dimensional modelling (star schema, RLS/OLS)Hands-on experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and Git-based deployment for Power BI assetsProficient with Tabular Editor and ALM Toolkit for scripting, model validation, and deploymentComfortable owning data logic, leading governance efforts, and engaging across business and tech functionsStrong communicator, able to challenge assumptions, document logic, and drive alignmentExposure to financial services or lending is highly regardedReady to Make an Impact?If youre excited about reshaping the lending industry and want to be part of a company that values authenticity and innovation, wed love to chat.
