Success in this role hinges on leveraging the collective resources and expertise within your team to meet both team and client expectations.The OTM embodies CTM''s commitment to exceptional customer service and demonstrates proficiency in organisational skills, time management, and critical thinking to consistently meet or surpass client expectations. Prior experience in the travel industry is essential, with system knowledge of Sabre and Tramada considered advantageous.
