We are seeking to build on our existing culture and create a diverse team with wide range personal and professional experience, with a long-term focus on execution and the highest standards of delivery.Our Vision: Generating ChangeOur Mission: Your partner in delivering decentralised net zero energy solutionsOur Values: Zero Harm | Enduring Solutions |Customer Driven |Trusted PartnerAs a Meter Data Analyst (Embedded Networks) with Diamond Energy, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the accurate receival of data from utility meters inside embedded networks (electricity, gas, water, etc.) and validating the information for accuracy and completenessCoordinating with metering co-ordinators, meter data providers, and field technicians to ensure timely and accurate meter data is receivedConducting regular checks and audits to ensure that the meter data is accurate, consistent, and free from discrepanciesInvestigating and resolving any issues with missing, incomplete, or incorrect data in the systemProcessing and entering manual meter readings into utility billing systems, ensuring that data is correctly mapped to the respective customer accounts. Further, monitoring automated meter data management systems for efficient data flow and flag any anomaliesAnalysing meter data to identify usage trends, potential discrepancies, or patterns of interest. Generating regular reports for internal teams, management, and external stakeholders on meter data, usage statistics, and performance metricsEnsuring seamless integration of meter data with other operational systems, such as Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), and Energy Management Suit (EMS). Troubleshooting integration issues and working with IT teams to resolve any technical challengesLiaising with meter data providers and metering co-ordinators to rectify comms issues, substitute data instances, and other issuesOwning processes for successfully processing manual read data into systemImplementing and maintaining up to date EN meter data related technical procedure documentsYou will be successful in the role if you possess:A minimum of 1 years plus experience in utility meter data management, metering systems, or related fieldsKnowledge of utility metering systems and technologies essential.Experience in meter data management across distributed energy resources (PV, BESS, EV) highly desirable.Experience in embedded network meter data management preferred, especially for electricity, gas, and hot water.Experience with automated meter reading (AMR) systems, smart meters, or utility data management systems preferred.Understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding utility services and metering practices preferredExperience with manual (non comms) metering preferred.Industry knowledge in other utility services such as gas, air-conditioning and telecommunications preferred.Understanding of Distributed Energy Resources such as PV solar and EV charging preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with experience in data capture tools such as Excel, Power BI reporting, SQLAttention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities effectivelyExcellent data management skills and analytical abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency with data management softwares, programming languages (e.g., SQL), and Excel.Experience with CRM, Billing, and EMS systems.Problem solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitmentsTrack record of delivering high quality, accurate work within defined timeframesAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Youll Love Working Here BecauseWe believe in responsibility and reward you for taking initiativeWere a successful, fast-growing company with an entrepreneurial vibeWe love to promote internally and offer development opportunitiesComprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionalsNew office location, with stunning panoramic views, close to Burnley train stationWe have a great work culture, come and join our team!By joining our team, you''ll be contributing to supporting renewable energy.
