Best Service Desk, best Account Management, best Project Managers, best team!RoleTo be the right person for this role, you will have significant experience within the telecommunications industry and unified communications and have developed competence in a range of Unified Communications technologies. Specifically, you will be expert in Mitel (MiVoice Business and Connect) as well as UCaaS solutions like Teams and Zoom and a range of SBCs (preferably Audiocodes) and be looking for your next big step. This role will give you the time and opportunities to grow your career.In this role you will:Be involved in the scoping, design and delivery of UC solutions for SME and mid-sized customersProvide remote and occasional onsite support for voice infrastructure and associated technologiesTroubleshoot and resolve a wide range of Unified Communications problemsWork across engineering teams as a point of escalations for complex ongoing issuesOwn cloud and on-prem deploymentsBe a point of escalation for the most challenging UC issues from complex deployment issues to IVR call flow scripting problemsWrite and update technical documentation/Knowledge Base articlesRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you''ll need:Outstanding technical understanding of the telecommunications space, particularly Unified CommsAdvanced competence with SBC (ideally Audio Codes) will be neededSignificant experience delivering Mitel based solutions (MiVoice Business and Connect) will be needed and experience with Cisco UCS, 3CX, Asterix and Avaya etc could be usefulSolid competence in most of the following technologies:VMWare vCenter/ESXiNetworking (DHCP, Vlans, HP Switches, Meraki)SIP Trunking/DevicesFax over IP (FoIP)Have in-depth exposure to some cloud-based UCaaS solutions (Zoom and Teams preferrably)Be a self-motivated, autonomous team player - At First Focus we win togetherBe someone who demonstrates dedication coupled with a results-focused mindsetTo be a great communicator possessing outstanding spoken and written English skillsBenefitsFirst Focus'' values are based around keeping everyone informed, aligned, supported, and rewarding performance.
