Responsibilities include recognizing workload priorities and performing duties as delegated under CLIA roles.QualificationsBachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or Clinical Laboratory Science, with transcripts if necessary.Completion of one year in an approved program or equivalent.Certifications required include:Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Lab Scientist (MLS), or Categorical certification from ASCP or AMT, or eligibility with a timeline for certification after hire.Experience & SkillsAbility to follow detailed procedures and operate laboratory equipment.Computer skills and ongoing education credits.Manual dexterity, communication skills, and professionalism.Population-specific competency and regulatory compliance.Physical DemandsMedium exertion, 20-50 pounds of force occasionally.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $33.08/hr - $39.70/hr, based on experience and location.
