After several years of strong growth in Australia, were expanding further into APAC in 2025 and beyond.The RoleWere looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Compliance Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, youll help us stay ahead of our AML/CTF obligations, support client onboarding, and contribute to broader compliance operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment and wants to help shape the future of digital finance.Key ResponsibilitiesReview onboarding files, including KYC, KYB, ECDD, and periodic refreshesConduct 4-eye checks for client onboarding and transaction monitoring alertsInvestigate alerts and escalate potential issuesFile accurate, timely SMRs and IFTIs to AUSTRACMonitor transactions for money laundering and terrorism financing (ML/TF) risksConduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screeningManage onboarding of corporates and complex structuresMaintain records, logs, and audit trails to support regulatory readinessAssist with internal audits, risk assessments, and control testingDeliver AML/CTF awareness training to internal teamsRecommend improvements to tools, rules, and processesSupport the Head of Compliance with reporting and strategic projectsContribute to daily compliance operations and assist team members as neededWhat Were Looking For35 years of experience in a compliance or financial crime roleIdeally, prior experience in crypto, fintech, remittance, or trading environmentsFamiliarity with AUSTRAC requirements and AML/CTF frameworksStrong analytical skills and attention to detailSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsBonus points for ACAMS, ICA certifications, or similarWhy ZerocapAt Zerocap, were building the future of finance bridging traditional markets with the world of digital assets.
