A key focus is coordinatingseamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, including retail partnersand agencies, to achieve positive outcomes.The goal is to ensure compliancewith regulations, address risks, and support tenants in maintaining theirtenancies and achieving successful fitouts and timely openings.Key responsibilities:Develop and oversee the tenancy delivery program acrossmultiple assets across the portfolio.Oversee the tenancy delivery team to ensure approvalprocess timeframes are met.Ensure seamless coordination between tenancy deliverymanagers, leasing teams, project teams, centre teams, retail partners, andexternal consultants.Monitor the progress of fitouts with the tenancy deliveryteam and ensure alignment with the overall centre leasing program and/ordevelopment timeline.Address and resolve site-specific challenges with tenancydelivery managers to maintain program integrity and to ensure tenancy openingson time.Act as the primary liaison between the client, tenants,leasing teams, and centre management.Accountable for tenancy delivery budgets and costforecasting, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.Who are we looking for?Minimum 5 years experience, including managing large-scaleretail or commercial fit-out projects.Experience working for a Shopping Centre Landlord isessential.Strong knowledge of tenancy design and fit-out processes,including design guidelines and sustainability practices.In-depth understanding of Australian building codes,accessibility standards, and relevant legislation.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials,and industry best practices.Strong budgeting and cost management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.Demonstrated capability to manage and coordinate theefforts of multiple parties.Not the perfect fit?We encourage applications frompeople of all backgrounds and abilities - as every person and their situationis unique, we look at this on an individual and applied role basis.
