Here you are supported by a global network of equally passionate and welcoming team members, ready to guide, teach, and grow with you.About the roleWe currently have opportunities for passionate individuals who want to make a significant difference by delivering value to our clients through a range of data-focused projects.Your responsibilities as a Data & Analytics Consultant will include, but are not limited to:Deliver data-driven business solutions with a clear strategic and analytical approach.Perform data analysis and gather insights to support client decision-making.Support the development and implementation of analytics models, including machine learning and optimization.Contribute to innovative data storytelling projects.Assist in the integration and support of growth initiatives within the company.About you (key skills and competencies)A degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Actuarial Science or related disciplines is preferred.Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving project goals.Excellent communication skills for engaging with project teams and clients.Basic experience in data analysis and generating actionable insights.Eagerness to learn new analytical methodologies and tools.Foundational skills in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics software.Awareness of industry contexts, such as mining operations, is a plus.This application process consists of two phases: online test/video questions and interviews.Online TestThe test is composed of questions that follow the GMAT format, which requires critical reasoning and logical analysis, as well as business cases questions.Video QuestionsVisagio may ask candidates to upload a video answering pre-determined questions as a part of the online test. Videos are reviewed alongside resume and university transcript as a part of our screening process.Online / In-person InterviewsSuccessful applicants will each be interviewed for 50 minutes by Visagio partners and consultants. Approved candidates will be contacted by the Visagio team to discuss the ideal start date.TIP: Good communication skills help you stand out and share your ideas clearly with interviewers.
