They know how a product should look, feel and work, and understand what users need and want in the digital space and in real life.Heres what you should know if you want to be a Senior Experience Designer at R/GA:On any given day you mightConduct interviews, competitive research, design explorations, and strategic analysisCreate interactive experiences that are useful to users and promote our clients businessesIdentify key ideas to drive projects and how to implement them in multiple channelsProvide deliverables including prototypes, proof of concept documents, wire frames, user flows, use cases, and user scenariosPresent various aspects of the user experience to development team and clientsTrack and monitor progress on development and quality of the experienceWork with other disciplines including SEO and Data, Visual Design and Strategy.The ideal personHas proven design experience with examples of successfully launched projects that demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinkingIs exceptionally organized and able to switch between different projects in a fast-paced environmentUnderstands interactive experiences, channels, and design principlesIs proficient in underlying interactive technologies, such as web and mobileExemplifies grace under pressureHas exceptional presentation and written communication skillsIs a natural leader and comfortable working directly with clientsBeing comfortable designing experiences while maintaining a clear understanding of the larger context.You bring5+ years experience in Experience DesignProduct and service design experienceProficiency in Figma, Miro and G-SuiteProficiency in building and using design systemsExpertise using AI tools and products as part of your workflowMentorship experience highly valuedOur ValuesOur purpose is to create a more human future.
