You will be using your data analytics and ETL capabilities to support external financial audits, whilst also working with the wider assurance digital team to build new solutions and transform existing capabilities.This role is based in Meanjin BrisbaneYour Key ResponsibilitiesHelping clients to identify and extract required data from complex IT systems including SAPand OracleCoach junior staff and be first point of contact for your projectsUsing analytical and visualization software to access, transform, integrate, analyse and visualise client data to help solve real problems and identify real opportunities through identification of anomalies and unusual patterns and trends in dataDelivering results by using automated data analytic solutions to deal with large, disparatevolumes of data, to gain critical insights quicklyAssisting in the development of additional analytic capabilities within the Assurance DigitalteamYou also agree to perform all other reasonable duties and comply with reasonable and lawful instructions by the Firm.What we look forTertiary education qualification(s) in Business, IT or STEM related disciplinesA minimum of 2-3 plus years experience in a data and analytics roleA passion for working with data and learning new methodologies, applications and skills foranalysisAbility to coach junior staff and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyGood written and verbal communication skills and work within a team environmentExperience with using Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft PowerBI, Python, Monarch orSpotfire to access, transform, integrate, analyse and visualise dataIdeally, youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes.
