We lead through innovation in our products, fashion, and our commitment to developing our people.Key responsibilities:Meet or exceed store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets by utilizing all available resources.Deliver exceptional customer service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures to ensure full product representation on the sales floor.Represent the adidas brand and values in an inspiring and impactful way.Requirements:Strong retail sales or customer service experience with a proven track record. Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Working Hours:Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required.
