You will lead the design of exceptional UX experiences for our hospitality clients that drive both customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Working in a fast-paced environment, you''ll tackle complex, interconnected problems across our ecosystem while setting UX direction that empowers your team with clarity and purpose. You''ll build trust-based relationships across disciplines and leverage diverse perspectives to improve how your team delivers impactful work.This role is a fixed-term contract.What Youll Be DoingStrategic Leadership: Lead high-level project work with autonomy and authority, facilitating design workshops to deliver optimal solutions aligned with business goalsSystem Design: Create holistic systems, flows, and interfaces that are intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly for hospitality clientsProblem Solving: Transform ambiguous concepts into clear, impactful solutions that delight users and drive business outcomesDesign System Excellence: Leverage and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency while continuously improving our visual languageResearch-Driven Approach: Draw actionable insights from research and data to inform design decisions and validate solutionsCross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships across product, engineering, and marketing teams while advocating for user-centered designMentorship: Serve as a positive role model for junior designers and promote design thinking throughout the organizationWhat You Need To BringWe''re looking for a Senior candidate who has experience with the following:5+ years experience designing, documenting, and releasing software products, with significant focus on B2B SaaS solutions for web and mobile applicationsProven experience designing software for the hospitality industry or other complex service businessesExpert proficiency in Figma with demonstrated ability to maintain organized, well-documented design filesStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work with measurable business impactExperience applying systems thinking to complex product ecosystemsAdvanced communication skills with ability to present design work effectively to diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated experience conducting various UX research methodologies and translating insights into design solutionsProficiency with collaborative tools including Jira, Confluence, and Google WorkspaceWe know that people are more than whats on their CV.
