As a Design Leader, Project Manager, and Project Director, you will drive the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects, while providing mentorship to developing staff. This leadership role is vital for delivering high-quality, technically advanced projects and fostering key client relationships.The OpportunityLead and manage the delivery of large, complex projects within the Transport sector, including highways, rail, and maritime.Drive the successful coordination of design teams across multiple offices and disciplines.Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and financial performance of projects.Provide mentorship to team members, supporting their growth and development in design leadership.At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective in which we encourage individuality to thrive.
