Together, were building intuitive, frictionless journeys that make getting started with Xero as simple and supportive as possible.As a Senior Designer in the growth team, you will join a diverse group of thinkers, designers, and creatives dedicated to creating seamless experiences from the first interaction. Your focus will be on helping small businesses select the right plan and confidently sign up to our suite of tools, building intuitive journeys that make onboarding as simple and supportive as possible.What you''ll doDesign Practice and Thinking: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers. Champion the value of design, engage in research and analysis, define problems, create design frameworks (wireframes, visual layouts), explore innovative interaction solutions, develop phased design approaches, build prototypes, and work closely with other designers. Design for accessibility and create detailed interactions and interfaces are also key responsibilities.Design Research and Testing: Identify research opportunities, plan and conduct research and testing. Engage in user research to understand customer needs, synthesize data, and contribute to user testing.Relationship Management: Influence, challenge, and support other designers to deliver excellent product experiences. Contribute to strategic initiatives, facilitate team workshops, collaborate across teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities.
