In this role, you will manage a portfolio of shopping centers in the Mornington Peninsula region of Melbourne.You will establish and maintain strong relationships with tenant retailers and ensure the trading environment is well presented, safe, and inviting for customers.Key responsibilities:Support the client in lease administrationMaintain an up-to-date tenant schedule and significant events calendarConduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary worksMaintain liaison with tenants and occupiers to ensure satisfactionRecommend maintenance works and capital expenditures to the Facilities ManagerAttend management meetings and conference callsProvide weekly reports on tenant performance, feedback, and property presentationWho are we looking for?Join a team that celebrates diversity, rewards contribution, and values your voice.
