We''re a brand built on passion and community and were searching for a talented Event Experience and Strategy Lead to drive unforgettable experiences and strategic initiatives across the Shannons network.As part of our high-performing Customer Service team, youll lead a team that delivers on our Showroom Events, Premium Enthusiast (VIP & COI) engagement model plus our earned, owned and user generated content strategy.If youre a passionate people leader with a love for all things automotive and events, this is your dream role.What Youll DoLead end-to-end delivery of Shannons owned events from planning to execution creating destination experiences for motoring enthusiastsDevelop and manage an annual event roadmap aligned to Shannons strategic and brand goalsOversee team to deliver on all logistics, including vendor negotiation, activations, catering, transportation, risk management and budget complianceCollaborate with Marketing and PR teams to create buzz before, during, and after events through compelling content, activations, and social engagementFoster meaningful relationships with industry stakeholders, sponsors, community leaders, and Centres of Influence (COIs)Coach and lead event teams, empowering high performance and exceptional customer experiencesMonitor social and event performance analytics, using insights to drive continuous improvementSupport broader insurance-adjacent strategies that amplify Shannons unique value propositionWhat Youll BringProven success in event strategy, planning and execution ideally with exposure to national-scale or lifestyle eventsStrong ties to the motoring, motorsport, or automotive enthusiast communityExceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide network of partners, VIPs, and COIsStrong leadership and project management experience, including budgeting and vendor negotiationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through eventsFlexibility to travel and work across multiple sites and event locations when requiredIf this opportunity sounds like the challenge, you have been looking for, please apply online today.
