Youll apply real problem-solving skills, not just rely on modelling to develop practical, creative solutions for complex urban environments. Youll take ownership of your work, engage with clients, and help shape projects that connect communities.In this role, you will:Lead and manage brownfield projects across design and delivery stagesSolve engineering challenges using sound judgement and practical design skillsProduce and review documentation using AutoCAD and 12D, particularly for stormwater and drainageLiaise directly with clients and stakeholders, confidently managing technical discussionsWork closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, high-quality project outcomesDeliver non-standard, technically complex projects with a hands-on, proactive approachWhat do we need from youA recognised degree in Civil or Structural Engineering4+ years experience in civil engineering, ideally with brownfield or urban infrastructure exposureStrong AutoCAD and 12D capability, particularly in stormwater and drainage designDemonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver projectsPractical problem-solving mindset and ability to engineer solutions beyond what software providesExcellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and stakeholdersA collaborative and flexible approach, with no requirement for prior local experienceWhat''s in it for you?We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.
