We offer opportunities for career growth within a diverse and expanding organization.About the RoleWe are seeking an Alternate Project Manager for our WA operations. Supporting the Project Manager, you will oversee overall project performance, ensure safety and productivity of site personnel, and maximize equipment utilization to industry standards. This role reports directly to the Project Manager.Duties and Responsibilities:Foster a safety, quality, and performance culture aligned with Barminco''s values.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, employees, management, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations related to mining operations.Manage site-based functions effectively.Oversee financial management, including progress claims and variations, in accordance with contracts.Skills, Experience, and Attributes:At least 10 years of underground mining experience.Extensive experience managing and executing mining contracts.Strong client focus with technical and service delivery expertise.Experience across multiple mining operations.Knowledge of risk and safety management systems in mining.Qualifications:Underground Supervisor''s Certificate of Competency or First Class Mine Manager''s Certificate of Competency (preferred).Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) (preferred).Senior First Aid Certificate.Valid manual Australian driver''s license (minimum C-Class).Click the Apply button to start your journey with Barminco.
