We are looking for a collaborative and driven professional who thrives on delivering high-quality digital solutions and improving user experiences, all while contributing to AUSTRACs mission to protect Australia from financial crime. As an ICT Senior System Analyst specialising in project transition from project to Business-As-Usual (BAU) operation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless handover, optimisation, and continuous improvement of ICT solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Transformation teams, BAU operations, and stakeholders, to bridge the gap between innovative solutions and sustainable business operations. Your focus will be on enhancing system functionality, backlog management, maintaining service continuity, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and you will play a critical role in transforming how AUSTRAC delivers its services.
