In Australia, we operate at the forefront of remediation, with a dedicated Building & Facades team tackling faade refurbishment, recladding, and major structural maintenance challenges across the built environment.This is a key, established position within our Remedial divisionone that has played a major role in securing large-scale faade and building repair works across NSW, including recent wins valued up to $40 million. The groundwork is already in place; now were looking for someone with the right industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and drive to continue building on this momentum.The OpportunityWe are seeking a strategic and connected Business Development Manager to lead our market-facing efforts in the growing faade remediation and recladding sector. Youll represent Freyssinet as a technically capable, solutions-driven contractoropening doors, building relationships, and positioning us to secure and deliver challenging, high-value projects.You will:Develop a pipeline of faade and remedial building opportunities across NSWLeverage your network of consultants, developers, asset owners, and strata managers to uncover and pursue project leadsCollaborate closely with in-house engineering, estimating, and delivery teams to present compelling, tailored proposalsMonitor the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements driving faade safety and recladding workPlay a strategic role in shaping how we engage with the market, supported by national and global resourcesWhy This Role?Step into a well-established function with recent major wins and strong internal supportWork alongside experienced engineers and delivery teams capable of executing complex faade remediation projects others avoidRepresent a company with real differentiationtechnical depth, safety credibility, and a national footprintEnjoy autonomy and influencethis is a high-impact role with visibility at state and national leadership levelsPipeline securitywith projects already locked in through 2026, youll have the stability to focus on long-term growth, not transactional salesWhat You BringStrong experience in business development, sales or client-facing roles within faade remediation, cladding, remedial construction, or building servicesA strong understanding of NSWs faade compliance, safety and regulatory landscapeA proven network across strata management, building consultancies, asset owners, and government bodiesA commercial mindset, technical curiosity, and ability to see both short- and long-term opportunitiesConfidence in representing a specialist brand with credibility and capabilityWhy Freyssinet?Freyssinet is not a generalist.
