This one-of-a-kind digital ecosystem will serve a large demographic in Australia, helping them to inspire and be inspired and get the best experience life has to offer.We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer adoption and new strategies to validate, launch, and scale the venture. Through a hypothesis-driven, rapid test-and-learn approach, they will implement, execute and iterate on go-to-market activities that ensure best in class member acquisition, engagement and retention.In this role you willDevelop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive traffic, sign-ups, and conversionsManage and optimise growth marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM)Oversee the development and management of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance trackingManage and optimise online advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing, to maximize ROI and drive conversionsMonitor and evaluate website analytics, KPIs and campaign metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. Provide reports and recommendations for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, product, design and development, to ensure brand consistency and align growth marketing efforts with overall business goalsCollaborate with external partners and vendors to implement digital marketing initiatives and ensure seamless executionDefine, execute, analyze, and optimize sophisticated multivariate tests with quantitative significanceAnalyse consumer behavior to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Utilise data-driven insights to enhance marketing initiativesMaintain a strong understanding of our target market, customer journey, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies for growthHelp define and validate core KPIs and unit economics, such as cost per metrics (CAC), retention, ROI and LTV to drive the businessStay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Apply innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies and tacticsBe agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunityYou should have3+ years of experience of growth marketing or user acquisition and growth, resulting in increased brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growthA passion for scaling digital products, services and audiences and working with content to nurture communities through organic channels, in particular email and social mediaSolid knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content, and analyticsProficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing automation software, and content management systems (CMS)Knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and event tracking solutions like Mix Panel and AppsFlyerStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisionsExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlinesEntrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiativesBachelor''s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related fieldEmployee benefits14 weeks of paid parental leaveFlexibility to work from home, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the officeWellbeing benefits: annual health and fitness allowanceTraining and education allowanceVolunteering opportunities*PLEASE NOTE: this is a Sydney based role, and will require 2 days per week from the officeAbout the companyBCG Digital Ventures is a corporate investment and incubation firm.
