Are you keen to join a nimble, dynamic and ideas-led communications agency that delivers a cohesive approach to strategy, social media and content, PR, influencer, activations and more to some of Australia''s leading brands?Were on the hunt for a social media manager who knows the ins and outs of social platforms, can build a strategy, and can then get their hands dirty creating and managing content for our clients alongside a support creator.The position of Social Media Manager at Greenpoint requires strong content creation, social media and copywriting skills coupled with communication skills, careful attention to detail, creative thinking and teamwork.In order to be a successful social media manager on our team, you will drive creative direction and execution for our clients while working alongside our account teams and content creators to strive to deliver the highest quality work. You will also have a passion for content, an understanding of the content ecosystem for brands, creativity, and improvement as you grow with the team.Fully Hybrid Office Environment - in the office maximum 2 days per week in our beautiful Cremorne space and remote the rest of the weekGreat, small team - we are a team of 10 who are all experts in our domain and love collaboration.Growth Opportunities - this role can lead to further opportunities to lead this division of the business for the right candidateOwnership - we need you to take on and grow our social media offering by delivering exceptional results for clients, and working with us to always improve.Responsibilities:Manage Internal & External Content TeamsOverseeing content creation, design and community management across all client accounts, ensuring high-quality of work, strategy alignment, brand voice is maintained, and comments and queries are addressed promptly.Create and deliver clear, strategic creative briefs to internal and external content creators and designers to ensure all content output aligns with client goals and strategy.Content CreationCreate high-quality static, video and other content in a timely manner across all content client accounts.Content Planning & SchedulingDevelop, manage, and execute strategy-aligned content calendars via Sked.Client Relationship ManagementBe the go-to contact for all content clients, managing communication, expectations, and providing regular updates and insights into ongoing work.Develop client social media strategies, ensuring impactful content, campaigns and content series where possible.ReportingVia Sked, track, analyse and report on key metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.Trend Analysis & InsightsStay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to proactively suggest innovative content ideas and strategies.Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, Figma (Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus)CapCut or DaVinci ResolveMust have attributes:Strong design ideating and creating capabilityStrong writing abilityCreativity and strategic thinkingAbility to turn content around fast and keep up with the fast pace of social mediaUnderstanding of social media platforms and what works within contentTenacity and a drive to achieve high-quality results and deadlinesFlexibility and adaptability to changePersonal accountability and proactivityProject management, organisation and time management skillsAbility to work well autonomously and in a team environmentAbility to communicate well with others and to manage client requestsPlease send your CV, portfolio and cover letter to nicola@greenpointmedia.com.au.
