Join to apply for the Management Accountant role at St John of God Health Care.Your role at St John of God Health CareYou will be responsible for preparing financial and management accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting with budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting for your designated Hospital(s) and/or Service(s). This position also provides support to the Group Management Accounting Manager, Hospital Finance, and Senior Management Accountant, particularly for larger or more complex Hospital(s) and/or Service(s).The PositionProcessing monthly transactional accounting within agreed timelines and liaising with Finance Managers during month-end close.Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, and following up on outstanding actions with Finance Directors/Managers.Preparing management reports, conducting variance analysis, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.Assisting with audits and implementing process improvements.Mentoring Graduate Accountants and participating in project work as required.Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with month-end processes, strong accounting knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills. A Degree and CA/CPA qualification are required.
