Job ResponsibilitiesManage all Business Operations by maintaining contact with the Mission, Finance, HR, and Administration functions in coordination with the Heads of Corporate Finance, HR, and Administration.Ensure adherence to SLAs with the Mission.Implement, maintain, and manage an effective system of controls to monitor operational performance.Ensure the security of operations, including physical and data security at Application Centres, with effective controls to prevent security breaches.Promote personal and professional development of the team by providing necessary training, seminars, and sessions.Ensure internal customer (employee) satisfaction.Adhere to all established processes for ICAC.Achieve SLAs consistently through process enhancements, monitoring key deliverables, and tracking business indicators across cities.Develop and foster relationships with key decision-makers from the Mission.Conduct resource planning, manpower forecasting, and allocation activities regularly for the cities.Ensure regular product and process training for staff through coaching and development initiatives.Conduct employee satisfaction surveys to align with company expectations.Interested candidates can share their CV via email at naveena@alankit.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
