Responsibilities include screening, assessment, providing recommendations and interventions, and training early educators. The senior role includes supervising staff and students, supporting operational and professional matters, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Selection Criteria:Degree in speech pathology (or equivalent) with eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membershipExcellent negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skillsStrong communication, time management, and computer skillsExperience in managing complex paediatric clinical cases and community case managementExperience supervising staff/students and delivering education sessionsParticipation in service planning, implementation, and evaluation with a focus on quality improvement and evidence-based practiceCurrent unrestricted driver''s license and willingness to travelThe classification is level 3; applications from level 1/2 will be considered based on experience and competence.
