This role involves developing and executing strategies to ensure efficient delivery of our software to customers and partners, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software distribution channels, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of results in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Regional Distribution Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive regional software distribution strategy aligned with global objectives, considering market nuances, channel partner capabilities, and customer needs.Channel Partner Management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with key channel partners (resellers, system integrators, distributors) within the region.Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze distribution metrics (e.g., sales, market penetration, channel effectiveness) to identify improvement areas and optimize processes.Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop training, tools, and resources to empower partners and internal teams.Pricing and Licensing Strategy: Contribute to regional pricing and licensing strategies to maximize revenue and competitiveness.Logistics and Delivery Optimization: Oversee the timely delivery of licenses, digital assets, and related materials.Compliance and Legal Adherence: Ensure all activities comply with regional regulations, licensing agreements, and policies.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging distribution models.Budget Management: Manage the regional distribution budget effectively, ensuring resource allocation and cost efficiency.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams for a seamless customer experience.Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on distribution performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.5-8 years of experience in software distribution, channel management, or sales operations within ANZ.Proven success in developing and executing regional distribution strategies that increase revenue.Strong knowledge of software distribution models (e.g., direct, channel, SaaS, on-premise).Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Deep understanding of regional business landscape, cultural nuances, and regulations.Experience with CRM and PRM systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in global teams.Fluency in English; willingness to travel within the region.Desired Skills:Experience with distribution platforms and tools.Knowledge of cloud software delivery and management.Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation for partners.Project management experience.What We Offer:A challenging, impactful role in regional growth.Dynamic, collaborative work environment.Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for professional development.Work with a leading global software company.Our Commitment to You:BMC values its people.
