We have fun and celebrate our success, because success means we can help deliver care to more people experiencing cancer.More about the role:Were looking to add to our talented and high performing Marketing and Revenue team with an amazing Senior Community Partnerships Manager.Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships, this role will be ultimately responsible for managing the strategy, design and delivery of the McGrath Foundations community fundraising portfolio.For those of you that like a little more detail, key responsibilities include:Support the development and delivery of the annual strategy and goals and maintain monthly forecasts;Manage prospective community relationships leads into valued partnerships and ensure they return year after year;Nurture existing partnerships to deliver the best outcomes for all parties;Proactively source new opportunities with Community Partners;Support the fundraising initiatives to ensure maximum results;Manage the development and production of appropriate communications materials;Ensure the Foundations licensing requirements are met whenever a partnership initiative is undertaken on our behalf.What you bring to the role:Our ideal candidate is someone with at least 5 years experience managing fundraising and fundraising events and in turn a successful track record of developing fundraising community and peer-to-peer initiatives whilst managing multiple stakeholders and delivering to multiple priorities.You have experience driving community campaigns and enabling projects that are aligned with organisational goals, including financial goals and can demonstrate passion for community engagement and digital platforms to increase participation, drive deeper commitment and fundraising performanceFirst and foremost, you are a great people leader, inspire your team to be awesome and are self-motivated, solutions focussed and highly collaborative by nature.So if this sounds like you, wed love to hear from you!We value diversity!The McGrath Foundation is an employer of equal opportunity and celebrates the diversity of our team.
