Responsibilities We are seeking a passionate customer service individual for a full-time Clinic Co-Ordinator role! If you are interested in helping clients improve their hearing and quality of life, keep reading! This role is for you. This pivotal role in each clinic contributes to clinic performance and enhances customer experience. We seek a compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven individual with excellent organizational and customer service skills to help more people access better hearing. You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for clients. You will learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs. Using this knowledge, skills, and tools, you will apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best solutions.
