Reporting to the Construction Manager in the Prospect Office, you will be responsible for providing high level administration support and will assist with document control, project reporting, subcontractor management, procurement, onboarding of project personnel, and general site administration support.THE ROLEOnboarding and management of all project subcontractors.Supporting social procurement activities and reporting requirements.Play a key and central role for providing project administration support to all team members, client, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders.Maintain project filing and database systems, storing information accurately and safely.Collating, receipting and matching delivery dockets and invoices to a project, ensuring that the system is up to date with accurate information to reflect true project costs.Collate quotes from subcontractors for materials and machinery Secure bookings for approved quotes Coordinate deliveries of machinery and materials Communicate confirmed orders and deliveries to project managers and construction supervisors Manage and order stock of tools, equipment, uniforms Other tasks as required for support project teamsABOUT YOUExposure with working in a project environment is highly advantageous.Strong communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.Superior organisational skills and time management.Exhibit a high level of discipline; be self-motivated with a high level of energy and drive.An attitude that engages all individuals by way of clear communication and effective interaction.Proven ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to team projects.Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate information quickly, identifying issues and formulates conclusions based on good judgement, experience and common sense.Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentWHAT WE OFFERCareer development and growth opportunities.Job security with a large pipeline of work.A supportive and dynamic team environment.A workplace that takes responsibility and accountability for the care and protection of peers, the business, the communities in which we operate, and the environment.THE WINSLOW WAY..Each person at Winslow is empowered to make good decisions to look after each other as family, be accountable to each other, and always operate safely.
