They are the first people to interact with our members and have inspired thousands of people to begin their journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled, and confident versions of themselves.No two days are the same as an MSC, and you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life. In this role, you will drive membership growth by performing outreach activitiesgenerating and converting leads by inspiring people to take action that positively impacts their physical, mental, and emotional wellness. You will also aid membership retention through positive interactions with our existing members, assisting them with inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service that motivates them to continue their fitness journey.Responsibilities:Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referral campaigns.Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.Create positive and personalized member journeys through interactions.Achieve successful outcomes to inquiries.Open and close the club as per the club roster.Participate actively in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged, recommending club-based products to enhance their results and experience.Requirements:Current First Aid & CPR certificate.A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet potential members'' needs.Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire others.Drive and goal-focus, with a continuous desire to excel.Team spirit to support and celebrate team successes.Customer focus with the ability to build rapport across diverse backgrounds and motivate achievement of goals.What we can offer you:We offer a meaningful career where your actions positively impact others daily.
