Acute Clinical Nursing Program - Enrolled NurseHealthscope Revive Acute Clinical Nursing Program - For the Enrolled NurseAre you an Enrolled nurse looking for a new opportunity to expand your nursing career?Have you been working in Aged Care, Community Nursing or within a GP Practice and want to revive your career pathway and re-enter the Acute/Rehabilitation Hospital environment?Then come and be a part of our 12 week Revive program.The ProgramOn joining the Revive Program you will placed at one of our 9 acute/rehabilitation Healthscope hospitals in a dedicated clinical area. You will be given supernumerary time to assist your transition along with a dedicated education program to revive all your acute skills.The program will run for 12 weeks and on completion, applicants will continue to access shifts through Healthscopes Victorian Casual Flexi Crew where you can experience working across a number of Healthscope hospitals and different clinical areas which will enable you to enhance and develop your nursing career. Applicants may have the opportunity to transition into permanent positions, as available across the organisation.To be able to participate in the program, applicants must attend all 6 study days, inclusive of Healthscope orientation and be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week across the 7 day roster - excluding night duty.About Healthscope:Healthscope is one of Australia''s largest private hospital operators with 37 hospitals across Australia. We support each other, we share learnings, celebrate successes and face challengestogether.Requirements for the program:We are looking for ENs that are:Flexible and have the ability to adapt to a changing clinical landscapeCommitted to the successful completion of the programMotivated and enjoy the challenge of working in a team environmentPassionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service and patient centred careTo be eligible for the program:Working rights within AustraliaENs must have current AHPRA registrationHave been working in areas of nursing outside of the acute hospital setting for 5 years or less.ENs must be endorsed to administer medications via all routes (including IV)Current working with Childrens Check (Employee Version)Applicants must be available for a minimum of 3 shift per week for the duration of the program.The program is scheduled to commence the week of Monday 15th September 2025At Healthscope, we offer a supportive and inclusive working environment.
